Welcome to my website and blog. As you will see from my Biography I have been around some time!

This website is dedicated to helping individuals worldwide become the very best that they can be.  All of us, to one degree or another, are struggling to discover who we really are, what we are really meant to be doing and who we should really be with.

And we also have to have the opportunity to live in a creative, freely expressive environment and country where to contemplate that is even possible. 

In the course of writing my Blog I will endeavour to touch on problems and situations that are universal but also particular i.e. we can all learn something from an understanding of a particular situation or event and apply it to our own lives.

I will also make a point of going into some depth on subjects such as:

• discovering emotional health
• reclaiming the best part of you

• human rights
• implementing democracy
• universal rights and freedoms

• and much, much more – and all from my original and personal point of view.

For almost 30 years I have been sharing my ideas and thoughts with people one to one and with both small and large groups at different venues around the world.  Now has come the time, through the use of this brilliant technology, to share the  knowledge I have accumulated with a wider audience.

I intend to make my Blog as interesting as possible, but also topical, informative and humorous.  I will also share links and videos that I find useful or amazing in some way.
